How Do I Store My Wig?
The best way to store your wig is on a wig stand. Not only does it prevent your wig from tangling or flat before wearing, but also helps you to maintain styles and shapes. Ideally, It is better to store your wig in a clean, dry place, away from dust and sources of high heat or flame. If you do not have a wig stand, please turn your wig inside out and place it in a Silk bag or similar item.
Can I Cut My Wig?
Of course! A little trim is usually hassle free. However, if you are considering restyling or thinning your wig, we highly recommend you take your wig to an experienced hairstylist who will advise you or do this for you
Can I Customize Cap Size?
Yes, we provide customize cap size service for regular types of wigs. Small Cap Size: 21.5” Large Cap Size: 23.5”, Usually takes 6-8 B-Days. Customize Price： $10-$20. And please note that 360 invisi strap wig(cap size 18”-24”) & pull go wig(cap size 18”-24”) do not support customize service. if you need please feel free to contact our customer service first. Yes, it can be curled. It's always better to use a heat protection product before applying heat to the hair. We recommend temperature range 230-250°F. Please remember that even human hair can be burned if the temperature is too high or not properly controlled.
